Booking & Payment Terms
Please review our clinical reservation, deposit, and cancellation policies prior to scheduling.
Deposit & Card Requirements
A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, which will be applied directly toward the total cost of your service on the day of your visit. All deposits are non-refundable. A valid credit card must be saved on file to complete your reservation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment.
- 24+ Hours' Notice: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty. While deposits are non-refundable, your $25 initial payment will be fully transferred to your new appointment date.
- Late Cancellations (Under 24 Hours) & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, or missed appointments, will result in a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. Your $25 deposit will be applied toward this fee, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
- Rescheduling: The online rescheduling link is available until 24 hours before your booked appointment. Rescheduling within the 24-hour window is subject to the late cancellation policy.
